Call it karma or even the universe showing up, but, there is one constant in life that remains: you reap what you sow.
What you do to others, what you say, how you love, how you lie, how you support, how you betray, how you uplift, how you dismiss — doesn’t just disappear. It circles back. Sometimes quietly. Sometimes dramatically. But always, always, in time.
Do I Believe in Karma?
Yes, I do. Not in the “instant punishment” sense but in the energetic-truth sense that every action has a ripple. And eventually those ripples circle back — in a lesson, a blessing, a mirror.

Karma is not a matter of revenge, or cosmic revenge. It’s about reflection. It’s about the energy you put into the world becoming the energy you reside in.
As you do unto others, you will receive the same treatment.
Each time you tell a lie to another person, you are lying to yourself. And every time you disrespect others, you welcome the same disrespect to your life.
People forget, but energy never can.
People move on. They forgive, they forget, and sometimes they detach and live their lives. But the force of what happened remains, and it sticks to the person who did wrong more than it does the harmed party.
That is why people who intentionally hurt others often have to live with their actions, not because karma taught them a lesson, but because the bad energy or guilt or shame or bad vibes caught up.
And this is also why good people even when nobody is looking, are always surrounded by blessings.
You don’t fool karma with good PR
Sharing relatable posts/quotes to validate your actions cannot eliminate your private cruelty or hurtful actions. Being religious and a prayer warrior in public doesn’t cancel out how you gossip in private or treat others badly.
The universe is observing your intentions, and Karma will hit you.
So, be real. Be aligned. Be kind, especially when there is no applause.
Karma is slow, but precise.
Sometimes it seems karma is taking too long (one reason why I never believed in karma for a long time). But karma is patient and can you hit you up in ways you cannot imagine.
Sometimes karma shows up as:
- A door closed you cannot explain
- A love that keeps failing
- A life that appears full but feels empty inside
- Lack of breakthrough’s and many other forms.
Let karma do the work so you don’t have to.
There is some peace in not seeking revenge. You do not need to “get back at them.” You don’t need to prove them wrong as well.
And your job is only to take joy in the truth, allow your pain to make you grow and keep your hands clean.
“What goes around eventually comes around” is not a threat. It is a promise. One that allows you to sleep soundly.

Live as if karma is watching, because it is!
Not in fear. Not as a punishment. But a reminder that life has a rhythm. A balance. What goes around comes around, so send and receive love. The holes that you will leave will show. And the energy you create? It becomes the life you live.
So today, choose to be soft. Choose to be kind. Not because they deserve it, but because you do.
